The Joe Liles Lifetime Achievement Award was created to recognize those individuals who have made very significant contributions to our District over a long period of time. The award is named in honor of a long-time member of our District, Joe Liles whose contributions to the District and Society were tremendous.
The award criteria is a person with at least 25 years membership in the Land O’ Lakes District who has had multiple District leadership roles over a period of years. Whose leadership had a positive impact on the on-going success of the District, to include contributions in district offices, committees. Teaching, judging, arranging, composing, coaching, quarteting and/or other administrative duties.
